The subject line is the first thing your subscriber will see. That’s why it’s important to make it immediately catch their attention and make them want to open the email. Use clear and concise phrases that accurately reflect the content of the message. Personalized subject lines that mention the recipient’s name show that the email was created specifically for them. It’s also important to avoid making the subject line too long — it’s better to keep it short and to the point so as not to lose subscribers’ attention.

2. The importance of using urgency and curiosity
